FCF units are one-block plants for the chemical and physical treatment of wastewater.

Standard flow sheet includes chemical precipitation, flocculation, pH neutralisation, coagulation, solid separation, either by sedimentation or flotation, and final filtration on quartzite.

The units can be supplied with additional facilities such as ORP controllers, activated carbon and ion exchange resin filters, turbidity control and disinfection apparatus.

The units are made completely of stainless steel.The FCF working cycle is completely automatic.

All reagents used can easily be found on the market, are cheap and easy to handle.

FCF plants are available in 10 models, from 0.5 to 40 m3/hour flow.

FCF plants are supplied ready to be installed.
